		<description>Government incompetence abounds apparently at the US Mint too.  But will this situation ever be fixed without the motivation created by answering to a board or oversight committee? I highly doubt it. Perhaps more online discussion can result in an overhaul of how things are run there.</description>

I think whoever at the helm is doing a fine job at US Mint may be inadvertently.I am from India and know how physical market and physical buyers&#039; psychology becomes engaging when there is small shortage. We have very established physical market with &quot;n&quot; number of players and very often see discounts on international prices as some physical sellers create the apetite among their buyers by offering discounts and win in this competitive game. Shortages if any demand premium and everybody benefits in business as investors runs from one shop to another.</description>
