Coin and money collectors can now buy the Making American History Coin and Currency Set, an anniversary related product that includes a $5 note and an American Silver Eagle proof coin. The coin and currency set was released today, August 7, 2012 by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and United States Mint for $72.95.

The United States Mint at noon ET began accepting orders for the collector product with the West Point "W" mint mark for $45.95, the same price of the 2011-W American Silver Eagle Uncirculated Coin which remains on sale.
