2012-P El Yunque 5 Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin

The 2012-P El Yunque ATB 5 Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coin has sold out

The most recent silver coin to sell out is the one honoring El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico. It was pulled by the United States Mint on Monday.

Only one design of the 2012-P ATB 5 Ounce Silver Coins is now for sale by the U.S. Mint, and it features Chaco Culture National Historical Park in New Mexico.

According to U.S. Mint sales stats, collectors picked up 485 Chaco silver coins last week following a surge of 1,022 orders in the previous round. Another spike may erupt now that it is the last 2012-dated ATB coin.

Sales of the El Yunque silver coin advanced by 105 to reach 17,314. It was the first 2012-dated ATB release and had a higher production run as the other coins from last year sold out with sales of around 15,000 (see below for exact breakouts). The El Yunque silver coin debuted on May 29, 2012.

As for the weekly top silver product sellers, the new proof 2013 Girl Scouts of the USA Centennial Silver Dollars took the title with 15,597 orders, which was followed by the 2013 Proof Silver Eagles having 11,471 in sales.
